What three reviews can't tell you

Three reviews is a small sample. They don't describe how long each engagement lasted, what software was used or what the work cost, and none of them comes from a CPA firm using the white-label service. The firm was founded in 2022, so its public track record is still short.

Treat reviews as a starting point and test the fit directly.

• Ask when your books will be closed each month. The firm's answer is between the 5th and 15th of the following month, depending on when documents arrive.
• Ask which software they work in. Here: QuickBooks Online or Xero, with QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor, QuickBooks Online Advanced, Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll certifications.
• Ask who reviews the numbers. The team includes one licensed CPA.
• Ask for the price in writing before you start.
