What happens in the consultation
We ask how your books are set up today: which software you use, how many bank and card accounts you have, whether you run payroll and how current everything is. Then we tell you what we'd do, what it would cost and what we'd need from you to start.
What to have ready
You don't need to prepare anything, but these make the call more useful:
- Which accounting software you use, if any
- A list of your bank, credit card and payment accounts, such as Stripe or PayPal
- The last month your books were up to date
- Your payroll provider and headcount, if you have employees
- Your entity type and your most recent tax return
