We do monthly bookkeeping, cleanup and payroll, prepare and file tax returns, and do white-label work, in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
What we do
We work for two kinds of clients. Small and mid-size US businesses hire us to keep their books current every month, clean up books that have fallen behind, run payroll, and prepare and file their tax returns. CPA and accounting firms hire us to take on bookkeeping and tax preparation under their own name, or to add a dedicated accountant to their team.
Everything happens in QuickBooks Online or Xero. The firm holds the QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor, QuickBooks Online Advanced, Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll certifications.
SF Business Solutions is not a CPA firm, but we do what a small business usually hires a CPA for: books, payroll, tax planning and tax returns. Our team includes a licensed CPA. We prepare the schedules and records an auditor asks for, and audits themselves are available through our CPA partner firms.
Who runs it
Syed Faiq Hussain co-founded the firm and leads the accounting work. Samad Roomi co-founded the firm and leads business development, which means he is usually the first person new clients and partner firms speak to.
Where we work
Our legal name is SF Business Solutions LLC. We serve businesses across the United States, and our business addresses are in Gibsonton, Florida and Pflugerville, Texas. Our team is distributed across the US and internationally, and the work is done remotely, in your own accounting software, so where you are in the US doesn't change the service.
Who we are not
The name trips people up, so to be clear: SF Business Solutions is not a San Francisco firm. We are SF Business Solutions LLC, a bookkeeping firm serving businesses across the United States, and our website is sfbusinesssolutions.com.
