A connector reads the settlement report from Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop or Walmart, groups it into sales, fees, refunds, reimbursements and reserves, and pushes one summarised entry into QuickBooks Online or Xero per settlement. The entry reconciles against the deposit, which is the part that takes the longest by hand.
What it does not do is choose your chart of accounts, allocate landed cost, decide whether a gift card is deferred revenue, or notice that a reimbursement needs an inventory write-off.
