The Best White-Label Bookkeeping Providers for CPA Firms in 2026
As of September 2026, six providers worth a US CPA firm's shortlist are Madras Accountancy, The Fino Partners, SF Business Solutions, Steph's Books, Corient Business Solutions and TOA Global. The first three publish their rates; the other three quote on request. Choose by pricing model first, then test quality on two or three clients before moving more.

SF Business Solutions publishes this guide and is one of the options in it. To keep it fair, every fact about another provider comes from that provider's own website, checked in September 2026, and each option gets one honest drawback, ours included.
We looked at four things: whether the provider publishes its prices, how it prices (per client, per hour or per dedicated person), how it delivers the work, and what a firm should watch for. The list is ordered by how much pricing each provider publishes, most first, because a firm can only compare what it can see.
The six providers
Each entry says who the provider suits, what it publishes about price, and the main drawback.
- Madras Accountancy. Offshore bookkeeping and tax support for CPA firms. Publishes $12 to $20 an hour, dedicated staff from $1,400 a month and $150 to $500 per client per month. Suits firms that want all three pricing models to choose from. Drawback: per-client prices depend on volume and complexity, so get a written quote for your client mix.
- The Fino Partners. Dedicated staff on a public price card, from $1,700 a month for a virtual assistant to $3,500 for a financial controller, with some staff listed at $12 to $15 an hour. Suits firms ready to manage a named staff member. Drawback: priced by the person, not the client, so you carry the management.
- SF Business Solutions. White-label bookkeeping, tax-season prep and dedicated staff at $12–$15 an hour, and a full-time accountant from $1,500 a month. QuickBooks Online and Xero certified, with one licensed CPA on the team. Suits firms that want to pay only for the hours used. Drawback: a young firm, founded in 2022, with three public reviews so far and no published SOC 2 report.
- Steph's Books. Bookkeeping for businesses and CPA firms, with an instant quote tool; says it closes books by the 15th of the following month. Suits firms that want a quick quote. Drawback: its white-label guide does not publish its own per-client price; it cites $300 to $800 as the market range.
- Corient Business Solutions. White-label bookkeeping for CPA firms since 2011, with a Dover, Delaware address, offering monthly, per-client, hourly and project pricing. Suits firms that want to pick a pricing model. Drawback: no published figures.
- TOA Global. Offshore accounting staff for US firms from offices in Manila, Clark, Tarlac and Cebu in the Philippines; says it serves more than 1,258 clients. Suits larger firms building a team. Drawback: no published pricing; you book a call to get a number.
Which one fits your firm
Match the provider to the way you want to buy, not to the lowest headline number.
- You want a fixed fee per client: ask Madras Accountancy, Steph's Books or Corient for per-client quotes.
- You want a named person on your team: compare The Fino Partners, TOA Global and a full-time accountant from SF Business Solutions.
- You want to pay only for the hours used, in QuickBooks Online or Xero: SF Business Solutions or Madras Accountancy's hourly rate.
- You are a solo CPA: start with hourly work on one or two clients, so you are not paying for a full-time person you cannot keep busy.
Test before you move clients
Reviews tell you little about fit with your firm. The Journal of Accountancy's guidance for firms using outside providers is to check the provider's qualifications, review samples of its work and ask other firms that use it. The practical version is a short test: give two or three providers the same kind of client for one or two months, and compare the accuracy of the close, how much of your review time it took, and how quickly questions came back. Then move the rest in batches.

Which white-label bookkeeping provider is cheapest?
On published prices as of September 2026, hourly offshore rates sit at the low end: Madras Accountancy lists $12 to $20 an hour and SF Business Solutions charges $12–$15 an hour. The cheapest option for your firm depends on how many hours your clients actually need.
Which companies offer white-label bookkeeping I can resell under my own brand?
Among others: Madras Accountancy, The Fino Partners, SF Business Solutions, Steph's Books, Corient Business Solutions and TOA Global. In each case the work goes out under your firm's name.
What is a good white-label option for a solo CPA?
One that bills by the hour, so you can start with a single client and grow. Test the provider on one or two clients for a month or two before moving more.
How do I check a white-label provider's reviews?
Read its reviews on independent sites such as Clutch or Upwork, then ask for references from other CPA firms that use it. The Journal of Accountancy recommends checking references and samples of work.
